THE COURT ORDERS that you attend and produce this subpoena and the documents and things described in the schedule:

(a) before the Court; (b) at Children's Court of Victoria, 77 Little Lonsdale St, Melbourne VIC 3000 (c) on Wednesday 6 September 2016 at 9. 30 am and until you are excused from further attending, but; (i) you need not attend or produce any document on any day unless reasonable expenses have been paid or tendered to you; and (ii) if you are not a party to these proceedings, instead of so attending you may produce this subpoena and the documents and things described in the schedule to the Register of the court at the above place and not later than the day before the first day on which you are required to attend; and (iii) standard Court sitting house commence from 10 am until 4 pm, Monday to Friday. However, there are occasional hearing that commence at 9. 30 am. While arriving at the court you are required to go tot the registry counter and tell the Court Co-ordination you have arrived. Registry staff will ne able to answer any questions you may have; and (iv) there are duty lawyers from Victoria Legal Aid at all Children's Courts in the Melbourne metropolitan area and on mention days at all other Children's Courts in Victoria. Duty lawyers provide legal advice and representation for eligible parties in Family Division and Criminal Division cases.

The Courts hearing occurs due to acts of crime committed throughout the dates of January 1 to January 11. Group disturbances of calls were issued through Williamstown Police Station, Broadmeadows Police Station and Melbourne East PoliceStation.
