    It depends of what you mean by "J2EE architecture", i'm not sure what that means anymore myself...but anyways, you shouldn't focus on just one book, try looking at some Design Patterns books as well, the SCEA 5 study guide is really good since it talks about all the different parts of an JEE or J2EE architecture, try giving that a look:
