Add AnswerI have used JD. It is pretty slick. The great part is that it comes with Windows, Linux and Mac clients, and gives you webdav access. Haven't used Mozy, but I heard that is a good service too. No idea about box.net.
Jungle Disk keeps a mirror of your data and only syncs changes up in the cloud, thereby saving you bandwidth cost at S3. It hasn't crapped out on me yet, but I don't know how it will behave if it does!
