Simple CRM solution with Email campaign features

By admin123 - Dec. 25, 2007

I need a very easy to implement web-based crm solution which has basic email campaign features. I tried sugarCRM but had installation problems and it looks very complex anyway. Is there a more basic solution? I don't even mind paying up to $50/month for a hosted solution

Thanks in advance

Not sure if it is less 'complex', but if you are willing to pay, you definitely should take a look at www.salesforce.com. They have a paid solution starting as low as $10/month per user (I believe there is a 5 user minimum). It is hosted, of course, but you can export your data, should you choose to move at any point.

There's compiere, another OSS product. Again, free, but not sure if it is any simpler. It is fairly comprehensive, though, and will have most of the features any full-featured CRM system ought to have.

Take a look at basecamp's product here. You can do simple CRM tracking. No email campaign integration, though, but you can keep trakc of leads, and their status, etc. www.highrisehq.com

You can give www.vtiger.com a try. Its based on sugarcrm but much simpler.

As bjesse suggested, highrisehq.com is also pretty simple and very easy to use but with lot less features. Im not sure it has email campaign feature though.

Another good one I have seen is www.xlsuite.org

Go with Campaign Monitor (www.campaignmonitor.com) or iContact (www.icontact.com). If email campaigns is all you care about - then its probably better to go with focused solutions like these...
